1. Web Hosting and Subscription Services
Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected hosting plan. Payment terms, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods are clearly outlined on our website.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription-based plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your hosting services.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial or unused periods of any hosting subscription once the service has commenced.
2. Domain Name Registrations
All domain sales are final. Due to the nature of domain registration, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a domain has been registered, renewed, or transferred. Please ensure all domain details are correct before confirming your purchase.
3. Web Design & Development Services
Project deposits and milestone payments for custom web design and development services are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
No work has been commenced;
The request is made within 7 days of initial payment; and
A written request with valid justification is submitted.
We reserve the right to deduct fees for any time, resources, or consultation already provided before a refund is issued.
4. Digital Marketing Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media), we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. Setup fees and monthly retainers are non-refundable once work begins or campaigns are launched.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time by contacting us in writing. Please note:
Hosting and domain services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle;
No pro-rata refunds will be issued for remaining time in the billing cycle;
Web design/development and marketing services may incur additional fees if early termination disrupts a project mid-delivery.
6. Service Disputes
If you believe a billing or service error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and resolve the matter fairly.
